Business Operations & Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of project quotations and proposals ensuring accuracy and attention to details.
Research and review tender Pre-Qualification (EOI notices for potential projects, contributing to business development efforts.
Maintaining accurate records, managing files and documents, and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentially and providing excellent customer service.
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualification
Graduate in the field of Business (BBA)

Experience
0-1 year of experience in quotation preparation preffered.
