Customer Success Engineer


Job Responsibilities

Develop service technical documentation.

Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.

Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.


Skills Required

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely support.

Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication (verbal and written) to interact with customers, convey technical information, and address concerns.


Qualification

Graduate Electronics or Biomedical Engineer


Experience
